How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected.
For shipments in Spain are 3 to 5 working days except to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the terms are extended 48h (minimum).

In Reinares each article is handmade, one by one, so that if the stock has run out, the replenishment can vary between 5 and 20 days.

What is the deadline for making a return?
Our policy of returns and exchanges made online, applying the current regulation, is to grant the right to change or return any product purchased through our sales platform, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the same, provided it is sent in Its original packaging, with labels and seal in perfect condition.
What do I have to do to return an item?

What if I have received a defective or incorrect item?
Contact us indicating your order number, name of the person who performed it and product (s) that you have received defective or incorrect.
